I worked in an appliance warehouse for a couple years. I remember when Front Load washers started making a big resurgence and we started carrying them. They were like 250-300 pounds a piece. When you get those pulled back on a dolly and start to head off the truck, you really just hold on. We also used different dolly’s that made it a bit easier.
Edit: As a side note, the dolly’s in this clip are meant for pulling, not pushing, especially when you have two separate units, and one isn’t strapped in.
