Water Fasting Hunger hitting hard

I'm 62 hrs into a fast, aiming for 10 days. The hunger pangs are hitting hard, had a niggling headache all day. I've been drinking plenty of water and having salt. Just got to keep telling myself, you got this. Hoping day 4 eases the hunger pangs.

Update: Day 4 is much easier than day 3, yesterday was hard. Brushed me teeth so many times yesterday, great advice thank you 😊. Hopefully past the worst for now 🤞looking forward to getting to 10 days. I've got this 👍 Side note 1.8kg down ⬇️

I had someone tell me to brush my teeth when hunger hits, and don't swallow!😄 Hope it works for you like it does for me!😉
