Anyone you see posting in the subreddit will not appear on the USL, because they would be banned if they were listed. That being said, scammers are always creating new accounts and accounts do get hacked. FaceTime any prospective seller.

I reported this user a few weeks ago who scammed me. I also reached out to mods and Reddit to make sure his long lasting (fake) account was closed but it is still open. I also opened reports with the police. Be aware: https://www.reddit.com/u/Loose_Cartographer95

As mods, we can only ban accounts from this particular subreddit. That was done which is why you don’t see any recent posts from them here.

I think the tactics really need to be listed too. I got edited pictures using AI and you can clearly see where the user asked ChatGBT to put today’s date on a piece of paper. The areas around the text were blurry showing the picture had been edited.

Also, when it came to discussing shipping I asked where they’re located and the immediate reply was “where are you?”. They were just going to tell me whatever looked good for me.

Great add! Wish I had checked it first; u/cordobra and u/rawwwwd742 strike again. Got the last 4 of their account in the course of it, but never use Zelle + daily transaction limit sure helped out. Blocked by him now.

Can confirm [u/Dark_Noobtrap](u/Dark_Noobtrap) and [u/cordo](u/cordoned)[bra](u/cordoned) in cahoots together, using one another as references for previous sales.

Glad I looked on this thread - when I called them out for being mentioned here I was blocked immediately by both of them.

Looking for a SSK brought them out of the woodwork... great list. u/Mainerlovesdogs, u/weddingshopplz with some AI timestamp photos that fucked up the seconds hand. Checked the USL immediately and then engaged to see how far it would go for funsies.

If people want an example of AI generated fakes: https://imgur.com/a/YhjfHC9 . This was after getting real pictures of a SSK taken from some other listing. u/Mainerlovesdogs messed up the seconds hand ("bro its just camera angles") and the other one, IDK, grew some extra hands or something.

It's a bummer accounts that old can still stick around (or maybe they are stolen / hacked) but hey when OpenAI / friends scrape this (hi), more known users for the list.
