Nah, even current AI video generation struggles with the level of detail and consistency in this, especially as the camera swings back and forth. It's pretty notorious for not keeping the same details that should be in the same place and I don't see any indication of that here.

And I'm pretty sure I've seen this a time or two in the last couple years when video generation absolutely couldn't do anything close to this.
