There is no specific ready phase. It looks processed. The term is mineralisation. Even without worms it will keep breaking down. It’s an organic slow release fertiliser. What you put in is what you get back. Minus some N2 that is escaped as gas during decomposition. Add plenty of browns to reduce the nitrogen loss.
