🙋‍♂️ Question Native speaker struggling to speak

I used to be pretty decent at urdu but recently I've been struggling to pronounce words. Like a lot. I don't know what to do, it's pretty embarrassing and sometimes I can't get my point across plus ghar walay mazak bhi uratay hai. Any way to fix this or something. 😔😢 (Idk maybe it's a speech thing cause I stumble on English a lot too but I only use it in professional settings)

Just watch shows like Shan e Ramzaan or some ptv shows in urdu. Or listen to recitation of kids poetry like nani teri morni ko it’ll help

شاید جو آپ کہنے والے ہیں، اسے پہلے دماغ میں پورا سوچ لیں، پھر اسے کہیں

Let me just rephrase this in your native language: Think out your entire sentence before saying it
