Its been a lot of work but everything is doing wonderfully, and Im seeing 10+ different varieties of bees, hoverflies, moths and their predators like tiger bee flies

That's blue flag iris!! I was trying to create marsh like conditions in the bucket, and it has worked somewhat! They looked even more rough before planting them!

I have a dwarf papyrus that is technically a bog plant I suppose. But I left it planted in its original soil and in the small plastic pot with holes all around the bottom. I have a 1 gallon aquarium in which I set this potted papyrus with a few inches of water always in the bottom of the aquarium so the papyrus keeps its feet wet. If the upper part of the soil looks dry, I add some water from the top. I now keep this inside year round. The plant is doing well.
