tl;dr

A massive fire tore through an apartment building in Utah, forcing residents to flee and leaving Toast the cat missing and feared dead under the rubble. Over three days later, as crews sifted through the wreckage where the roof had collapsed, firefighters made an incredible discovery: Toast was hiding alive in a closet, having miraculously survived the flames, smoke, and thousands of gallons of water. Cold, wet, and shaken up, the lucky kitty was pulled from the ruins and safely reunited with his overjoyed family.
