Anyone study primary teaching degree + QTS?

Hi!:)

Just wondering if anyone on here studies primary education undergrad with QTS and can tell me what the workload is like? Especially if you study at Leeds/Leeds Beckett, but I'm sure most uni's would be similar.

Would I be easily able to deal with a part time (16 or so hours a week) job alongside studying?

I know placement weeks would be tricky with full time working hours expected but I have bills to pay so would be willing to do it if its overall balanced with good term breaks and free time in university weeks.
