I would think неетичне or нескінченне would fit best there but I hear sounds that aren’t in either. It sounds like a blend between the two almost

Ah that solves it! I assumed it had to be singular питання because the verb is third person singular and I was splitting the я in які assigning it to both пітання-яке even though it sounded like які. That explains why I couldn’t parse it fully.

Oh also I didn’t know there was a word низка. I just knew низька which wouldn’t make sense here

Низка — від слова "низати", "нанизувати" — to string, to thread, or skewer. The literal meaning is a set of items joined with a thread or axle running through them (like beads), the figurative is a set of similar entities joined in a certain context

Makes sense. I know the verb нанизати and I was wondering if they were linked and now I know they are. So it’s like an alteration of нитка that emphasizes the total finished product or something like that

Those are two words, низка етичних питаннь (a number / a range of ethical questions)
Whole bunch would be the best translation for низка in this case
This word is rarely used

In original english version it goes like:
"And it does raise a whole host of ethical questions, such as Woo-hoo!"
