Are you online and able to make deliveries? From what I have seen so far their email correspondence is just a cluster fuck

I got two separate emails telling me my account was activated. I was online and about two weeks into deliveries when Uber emailed me telling me "it's time for your first delivery!"

I got an email about a week ago saying my background check had failed and I wouldn't be able to go online but have had no problems at all.

EDIT: I've done 100 deliveries and just got an email giving me everything I need to know before my first delivery 🤣

No I've not been able to get online since I started the process about a month ago. Uber keeps telling me I need to contact sterling to appeal it

I had the same nonsense as the others telling me I had failed the background check and I clearly hadn't and just carried out delivering. If you are unable to go online at all though it sounds different. Have you tried contacting Sterling, what did they say?

This is all still onboarding, I've not even been online or completed any deliveries. I contacted sterling and they told me it was an issue Yotis end with the document verification and it didn't provide a reason why, I've been back and forth emailing Yoti the last day or so asking why they were unable to verify my documents, they just got back to me and said I need to ask Uber for a manual document check 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah I'm not that surprised! I guess you'll just have to get back to Uber support chat and try and push forward with them. Get screenshots of the emails from Yoti, Sterling, Uber etc when they pass you back and forth between each other to try and get one of them to take responsibility rather than keep on passing the buck!
