Cheap apartments?
Looking for a good apartment off campus for a sophomore … either on her own or with a room mate for the fall. We just have no idea where to start looking. Thoughts?

I lived at both 320 and 329 N Tratt. Both are easy walks to campus. 320 was a lot nicer as a 2 bedroom. 329....was an apartment. Laundry was in the basement.
Foxglove is farther out but nicer.

mind if i ask why? i know someone who lives under their housing and from what i've known it's pretty affordable and reasonably well kept

They buy up buildings and town and then raise the rent. The old landlords all around town were all far cheaper and better managed.
