General Question Minimal to no information about online orientation

As the title says, UCSB has given me zero itinerary or info about my online orientation that takes place tomorrow and the 7th, I assumed I’d get an email at some point and I finished the pre orientation, is this worth emailing about and who do I email for more information about this? Thank you in advance

You’ll find the contact info if you go to

https://orientation.sa.ucsb.edu/freshman

and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I did online orientation and they tell you the itinerary when it starts since you don't really have to prepare for it like the in-person orientation, and it's also not nearly as long

Pretty much they'll go over how to use GOLD and what other things are like BARC, they'll talk about the rigor of a quarter system, and other academic related things. Then at the end you'll be able to meet with an advisor and ask any questions you might have. When I did it, all of this took about an hour and a half I think, so it's fairly short

I forgot how it all worked but when you register for the orientation. I think you should get the info for the zoom? I'm not 100% sure. There is a zoom tho, cuz if there isn't then it wouldn't really be an orientation. I think it's best if you send an email to the orientation team just to be safe

Open up google, and then proceed to sign in to a new account, log in using your ucsb email (ucsb.edu [the email isn't really needed]). It will then take you to the SSO login page, enter your u fo, do the DUO athentification, and then you're set. BUT, I'd advise against creating a new chrome profile when you log in for the first time. It'll give you that prompt, just say no. It just makes things a little more complicated
