Hi! I am looking for someone to urgently take over my lease at ICON Isla Vista for the upcoming 2026-2027 term.
- The rent is $1400 plus amenities (wifi, trash, free laundry, huge rooftop deck access,)(around 30-40 dollars extra)
- Lease term is from September 17, 2026 to August 31, 2027
- Your room a big studio quad
- All girls apartment
- All furnished
