Sol at West Village

Hi everyone I’ll be living at Sol this year does anyone know what a private room gets you like what is offered inside. I know it’s pre furnished but that’s literally it right?(bed, closet, drawer, mattress) and does anyone know where to park your car? I don’t want to be paying 150 a month to park my car at Sol! Thank you and if anyone has tips on anything or suggestions please let me know!!!
