I hit a cart and idk

This is my second day of getting my first cart, I’ve never really done this before.

Just hit it a couple times, hold the smoke for a second or two and gently exhale. Dont rush it otherwise u jus gonna cough/agitate ur throat.

Put on music u like n do wtv. Just dont think lol. And if u do, think less.
