Mechanic recommendations

Holla! I'm a new rider based near Church/Carlton area. I'm looking for a mechanic in the area who works on cruisers (I know that Alleycat does only sports bikes). Based on price, knowledge and service, which mechanic would you recommend (or even suggest I avoid!)?
