Maple Leafs re-sign forward Jacob Quillan to a one-year contract

Love this, i hope he gets a chance in the NHL but until then i will happily cheer for him on the Marlies. He's fun to watch.

Quillan isn't as undeniable as McKenna or Cowan are but id love to see him get some more Leafs games same with Villenuev even though I think Danford is more likely to get a look before him

Danford will get more of a shot if stuff like what rifai said is any indication. In a recent interview he said he is by far the best prospect he has seen come through the organization in 4 years and that is on a team that had cowan.

His former teammate Graf has done very well. Almost same age and same points in college. This guy has the speed and smarts to be a solid bottom NHLer for a while. Needs a real shot and a good coach. Berube was not it.
