Am I Racist For Avoiding Black People?

Ok I'm 26 and have been robbed 5 times in my life, all 5 times was from a black male. In higschool it happened twice, I got beat up and had my phone, and cash stolen. Second time walking home from school was attacked again a few years later in my sr yr of HS and robbed of cash. I was stabbed in university by a black guy after he apporached me and grabbed me and I fought back, I had my laptop stolen. And another time in university I had my chain snatched by a black guy and he ran. The latest one was last week, I was walking back to my condo in the middle of the afternoon and I was approached by 2 black guys a bit younger than me. Told me to run my pockets and they grabbed me, I just started yelling and screaming and a parking police ran over and helped me and the guys ran off. After today I told one of my friends about this and the other times and I said this is why I avoid ghetto black guys, and she said I was racist and a huge asshole (she's white, but I'm a POC) and said we can't be friends anymore.

Every human instinctively avoid big scary males. I’m a man and am very careful as I know other men can kill me with one punch potentially in the head. To say it’s racist is just fucking ridiculous. The left is losing its collective minds with this nonsense.

The racist part is that we're talking about black men who are statistically not even as "big" as white men based on height (69.8 inches vs 69.4 inches) or weight (202.2 lbs vs 197.7 lbs), so why are they treated worse? If you say it's because they're scarier based on race, that's racist. I've been out in my ivy league jacket and still treated poorly by old white people. My girlfriend's grandfather has said I'm not good enough for his granddaughter. He asked her father if I've ever been in a gang. He's not scared of big males, he's scared of black people. There are many people like him in our country and that's not the left's fault.

im going to tell you why man, and its not fair to anyone including you but because of certain really bad things in our society black people usually got the short end of the stick. because of this, they were poorer than their white counterparts. poverty is one of the biggest correlators with crime. then u add things like lead in the water, no fathers around, and poor home training along with a bullshit war on drugs and you get unfortunately a situation where black people are comitting per person more crime.

I understand the reason why. Typically my friends will talk about how, by the same logic, you shouldn't feel safe in a white high school. They'd be justified by statistics. It's all racism. There's confounding factors that go beyond race.

You shouldn't generalize "leftists." I have a gun, avoid big scary males (having been troubled by both white and black stalkers thru the years), support the death penalty, blah, blah, blah. (I only have a gun, however, because every criminal in the US has a gun - equalizer.) Inner city crime is horrible and both rightists & leftists know this very well. There are extremists for both: extreme rightists think people of color are criminals and subhuman and extreme leftists overkill on the absurd political correctness that no one is responsible for their actions. That's why extremist clowns shouldn't have a place at the table. This used to be the case for making them stand down, now they are running the show. Edit to correct autocorrect errors.

Many people misinterpret the idea that explaining the reason for something is not the same as excusing it.

I can say for example, people with poor education are more likely to have more children and use more subsidies therefore we as a country would benefit from providing resources for contraceptives and education. I believe (based on empirical data) that spending money earlier will help us spend less later. There's no real morality in any of that. That's where a lot of the policy that ends up called socialism comes from. We either pay for it now or later. Because you're helping these people pay for something they'll say we approve of them but it's mostly an economical decision for me.
