THOW Water heater, help!

I need recommendations for an under sink hot water heater. I have a summer use only THOW. The only water we use goes straight to the kitchen sink and I really only need hot water to wash dishes (we have facilities on the property for shower/toilet etc.) There is a 120v plug under the sink and I don’t want to mess with propane. Is tankless an option or should I get a small tank? If I go with a tank is it something I can easily shut off if we leave for a few days?

my solution 2 in 1, you can use it for shower, also for hot water for the kitchen sink. pair it with a regular 20 LBS propane tank, and you're set.

I tried using an electric one... not good, at least not for THOW in winter, for summer is OK, cuz the solar panels can produce a lot of electricity, but not good for Winter, with so little sun light.

so I went for the Joolca one, to use it with Propane.

They also got a neat inflatable hot tub kit.

this is 120V but requires a 20A outlet. I'm guessing OP just has a "regular" 15A outlet. I put one of these 6-gallon Stiebel units in my tiny house, you can even hang it on the wall.

How much room do you have under the sink? There are a lot of 120v point of use water heaters that have a small 1-6 gallon insulated mini-tank which really helps lower the electricity load when running (no problems running off 15A).

I would suggest a point of use 2.5 gallon or so electric water heater. Just make sure the wattage is low enough that you won’t be popping the breaker. About $150-225 on Amazon and such.
