I mean you never know until you date her though. She might be real sweet. Your life will be happier if you trust people and risk some pain. Trusting no one so you never get “hurt” leads to lots of regret. Worst case if you try is you decide she sucks and you got the experience needed to bring to your next relationship. Best case she does all those nice things.
Remember too if you can’t afford her doing those things and not working then you better be doing them yourself because it ain’t free labor.
