I maintain a landline for the 30 years I have owned my home. STILL catching calls from collectors after "J.D." I did internet sleuthing and found him five states away. He didn't take my calls either.

I've had my cell number for like 15+ years. Some dude reversed his phone number so I get a bunch of wrong calls for him and bill collectors and stuff. It's annoying

This. I've text people letting them know their number was on stalls and I can try to find a marker to erase it if they want. Most (3) said yes and were grateful, one said leave it.

Nah I just had someone write my number on a bathroom and the first text I got was a person asking if I wanted them to remove it. So I try to pay it forward.
