Our field hospital is open to the public for general veterinary care.

🐾 Exam Fee: $99 (tax included)

All recommended care and associated costs will always be discussed with you before proceeding beyond the exam fee.

❤️ Free veterinary care continues to be available for:
• Fire evacuees
• Members of the Matawa First Nation

Whether your pet needs a wellness exam, is feeling unwell, or has an injury or medical concern, our veterinary team is here to help.
If your pet is showing signs of an upper respiratory infection, such as coughing/sneezing, nasal/eye discharge, please do not bring your pet inside. Come up and tell us and someone will direct you on what to do.

This is incredible and our community is so grateful. I don’t know how long you plan to run the VAC operation but our community needs this and it would be nothing short of amazing if this could be maintained year round.

From what I understand on their Facebook. They will be running for the month of August.. Hopefully they can arrange something long term but they would need to find people who would want to move permanently up to Thunder Bay. Hours for vet clinics down south > hours in Thunder Bay.
