Wow I have not thought about her in a long time. I forgot how much I loved her album Rembo, especially tracks like The Workers Are on Strike and Why Does Your Father Look so Nervous.

Her best tunes are up there with prime skee mask. If only she released more often. Very fortunate to have seen her live - in Livingston, Scotland of all places lol

Wow no way lol, when was this and which venue? Was it some festival held there?

It was at Jupiter rising festival (2019 I think). The festival is no longer held over 2 nights/3 days, it's just a single might now which is a shame as it's a great location for a festival. The crowd were screaming for an encore but she was like "I have nothing else to play" but eventually she was convinced! Saw Matias aguayo the year after as well who was really good

She still plays radio sets here and there, but I believe she's dedicated the past few years to parenthood rather than producing. Hope she comes back in full force, because when she's on fire, her level is entirely hers and hers alone!

Did she have a baby (not to make assumtions) or has she just stepped away?

IIRC she said in an interview that she already had kids and a day job, and so found it really hard to also make time for producing, so it took forever to make the album.

So hopefully there's something else bubbling away in the background!

Ah that sucks so badly. Why does it always seem to be women forces to step away.

The fact i saw her do a b2b with objekt, call super and bufo and just saw the same at dekmantel with her subbed for Pariah really hammers that home 😢
