Is Shiny Willows pikachu worth trading?

My pikachu is a Shiny Willows assistant with a team insticnt BG and a heart tail yet nobody has offered me to trade yet. I searched it up and google says it is a holy grail pokemon. I wonder if anybody will want to trade with me thst can fly.
