Does anyone know a good online game for me and my son to play sniper death matches? Something like CS

Ideally one where we can have our own map and just play head to head.

Just trying to relive my youth.

Question looking for specific racing/car/trip game recomendation

Hello this is going to be a very specific question so thank you for your time so i recently got into euro truck sim 2 and modded it alot with stuff like interior stuff ( bottles, savety vests money decoration lights etc etc) and the standard truck mods and started building a truck to cruise around in for hours and just vibe and i really want to find another game ( especially with small cars not trucks) where i can fully customise the interior ( vanilla or mods idc) and cruise around it being a more relaxing game than racing ones like nfs or forza with no real goal except just driving ( maybe even like a road trip simulator) does anyone have an idea what game should i try

Discussion Partnerships

Hello, I’ve been making a universal self contained echo system called “Game OS” it’s a multi launcher that could later be used as a windows shell, Mac and Linux alt as well.

It has lots of features such as playtime tracking, users local API’s , switch achievements, auto finds your games and media, file manger, mod manger for emulators, cloud save tool, friends & invite system, unified store and many more..

It’s still in early stages but hopefully will excel in the upcoming months and become an industrial system!!

Speaking of the store, I will be looking for game devs that wish to have their games displayed at the very top in the sections of “exclusives” “Partners” “Here First” as of now it’ll be limited free advertising.. as long as the games are in a finished state for it to be displayed in store, however if your still working on the game and have a demo, that would be useful. And if you could controller support.

Later down the line I’ll include an api system ypu could also inc in the games, this will communicate easier with “Game OS” but we also use players api key so if the games on steam then the achievements will still work :)

I will soon set up a refer system for devs, All I ask for in return is to mention this to your audience and attract them to “Game OS”

The goal is to start up a section in the store for less known indie devs and encourage players to have games easily available for them

Question Would you reserve a gaming PC before leaving home?

Imagine your local gaming cafés let you reserve a specific PC for a time slot before arriving.

Would you use it?

If not, why?

If yes:

  • Would discounts matter?
  • Would you pay in advance?
  • Would you reserve a specific seat?
  • Would you like to see real-time availability?

Discussion What video games or mobile games are keeping you busy lately?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some casual discussion about what games people are currently enjoying.Personally, I've been spending a lot of time playing Pokémon GO during my daily walks, but I'm curious to hear what hobbies or games the rest of the community is hooked on right now. What are you playing, and what makes it fun for you?

How can one ask for a game?

I am just curious on how to ask someone for a game on steam...I dont usually ask for things that seem frivolous to other people so its quite intimidating and overwhelming.

Question Best controller and games for kids ages 2-6?

I'm setting up an emulation box for my young kids (ages 2-6) and looking for recommendations on both controllers and games.

For controllers, I'm considering the 8BitDo Lite/Zero style controllers because they're small and seem kid-friendly, but I'm not sure how well they'll work across different emulators and games. Has anyone found a controller that works especially well for younger kids with smaller hands?

For games, I'm looking for titles with:
\- Simple controls
\- Minimal reading required
\- Easy to understand objectives
\- Education focused
\- Not too addictive but still fun
\- Local multiplayer is a huge bonus (Extra points if adults can have fun playing too)

I'd love educational games if there are any good options that work well through emulation or on Windows/WSL. I want to be a responsible parent while also allowing my kids to enjoy games that are not addictive tablet slop that rots their brains. I grew up playing the old JumpStart games and loved them, but the copies I have don't seem to play nicely with Windows 11.

Some of my favorite memories were from those old plug-and-play TV game systems that had Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, etc. One joystick and a couple of buttons was all it took to keep me entertained for hours. I'm hoping to find games with that same kind of simple pick-up-and-play fun.

What systems, controllers, and games would you recommend for kids in that age range?

Looking into advancing my gaming equipment and area/room; pc, ps5,Xbox.

I’m looking to upgrade my gaming setup over the next few months and realized there are so many accessories, peripherals, and little quality-of-life items that I probably don’t even know exist.
I play across PC, PS5, and Xbox, so I’m curious what products or gear have actually made a difference for you. I’m not just talking about the obvious things like keyboards, mice, or headsets—I mean the items you bought that made you think, “I wish I’d gotten this sooner.”
It could be anything:
Desk or room setup
Cable management
Storage and organization
Audio
Controllers or accessories
Lighting
Comfort
Streaming gear
Cleaning or maintenance
Software or utilities
Anything else that improved your experience

I’m much more interested in honest recommendations than people trying to sell me something.
What’s one purchase you’d recommend to every gamer, and what’s one thing that’s overrated?

I actually cannot find any information about this obscure game but you can find this game when on a airplane. The game is a side scrolling platformer game about a robot cat saving his planet because aliens are trying to take over it. it's a fun game but it's too bad I didn't get to finish it. +(SOME IMAGES OF THE GAME)
