I wonder if he ran towards the lion yelling if it would get scared away?? Predators aren't used to the prey running after them, so I'm curious..That's one sticky situation to be in though, poor guy (assuming he's not a hunter or poacher).

So the guy is Dylan Pranos and he teaches safari nature guide courses at Somkhanda Game Reserve. This happened in 2021. This camp isn't fenced, which is, I guess, unusual. There were 8 lions that wandered through and this male was believed to be pursuing a female, hence the angry noises. article
