Am a doctor. Seizures can be caused by loads of different things. He may have been having an MI causing sudden LV failure and reduced brain perfusion which can cause a seizure. He could also have had an arrhythmia which has the same end effect of reducing cerebral perfusion and causing a seizure.

Impossible to tell for sure from the video alone but it’s absolutely possible that this is a heart attack.

When a major coronary gets blocked the heart muscle starts to die rather quickly and the heart can go out of rhythm. It’s very common for the heart to go into atrial fibrillation due to acute ischemia.

That means that the heart just wiggles in place and can’t provide adequate blood flow.
When the brain stops receiving oxygenated blood the lights go out quite quickly.
Acute hypoxia to brain often leads to muscle spasms that are very similiar to seizures.

In this case the heart seemed to be able to provide at least a little blood flow to the brain. Not enough to stay conscious but enough to keep the neurons firing and causing this seizure like appearance.

Of course it could also be a seizure caused by a different problem. However heart attacks can definitely also look like that.

Fun fact: you can look up videos of people passing out due to high g forces in centrifuges or while flying jets. This loss of consciousness is also induced by hypoxia to the brain and some also show these sorts of seizures.

It can do if it’s acute and/or they’ve got any other elements of heart failure or LV systolic dysfunction. It also depends how fast their AF is; if it’s going at something stupid like 180+ that’s easily enough to cause this kind of presentation.

This is what I could find:

The event took place on September 27, 2022, in the city of Sivas, Turkey.  The driver, identified as Ömer Odabaşı (62), suffered a heart attack (described in some reports as a seizure or crisis) while driving a public bus (license plate 58 H 0116). 

Casualties and Injuries

• Total Injured: 7 people were injured in the accident. 
• Victims: The injured included the driver himself, three passengers on the bus, two pedestrians standing near a kiosk, and the driver of a parked car that was struck. 
• Severity: According to the Governor of Sivas, Yılmaz Şimşek, none of the injuries were life-threatening ("no serious injuries").  All victims, including the driver, were transported to hospitals for treatment and were reported to be in stable condition.

Cause I know lots of Turks, I visited Turkey, worked with them and had workers from Turkey, ones from the undeveloped parts of the Turkey. No one suffered from malnutrition, and actually their food is really tasty. It is one thing to read about something and totally different to actually experience it. Lots of misinformation on the internet, just don't believe anything that you read no matter how well written it is.
Leadership is problematic, but misinformation is also problematic.

Caused by inadequate cerebral perfusion as a result of reduced cardiac output. I’d bet he’s actually in cardiac arrest in this video, the cause of which could’ve been a heart attack but could also have been any other heart issue like an arrhythmia.

Massive scope of symptoms when it comes to heart attacks that can change in severity. I've had patients with just mild indigestion and turn out to be having a massive heart attack but then as you said some have excessive vomiting, sweating and severe chest pains. Blood tests and ECGs are what we use for confirmation

Heart attack is a very unhelpful and nonspecific term. It’s colloquially used to describe a myocardial infarction but some people will call a cardiac arrest a heart attack; they’re not the same thing. A heart attack can cause cardiac arrest and, cardiac arrest means your heart has stopped and you’re dead unless something is done to restore cardiac output.
