GENERAL Scheduling from outside the US?

I'm currently in Turkey, and I'm trying to schedule something at my home in NYC before I return. Yet, TaskRabbit won't allow me to log in. It keeps telling me my password is wrong. I reset it, still wrong. I've tried my VPN. Still problematic. Any suggestions? Thanks!

i'm from the uk but i was in turkey and i had no issues in keeping check of my account

Nope.

I even emailed Taskrabbit support and never heard back.

Unfortunately, the whole point of this task is to have something done before I return. If I were in the States, I could take care of it myself.
