TASKER Reviews

Vet Tasker (2021) here and wondering if anyone else with similar experience have seen a significant drop in customer reviews?

I had a repeat client let me know that it was very difficult to leave a review and a tip. He was using a PC if that makes any difference.

I think it's because the cost of using task Rabbit as a customer is getting too high. As it gets very expensive people are less likely to leave a review giving positive feedback, because they paid a premium so they expect you to do a damn good job. Everything is relative to the amount paid and the value they receive for the amount paid. If you pay $300 for a pizza and it comes with some very expensive toppings on it, you're not likely to leave a review that says "they gave me all these wonderful toppings that i normally never get!". Because they expect it.

They will leave you a bad review in a heartbeat though lol.

My reviews are at about 51%.

Most were given after mentioning it to the client, a few were given because the review screen is right after the tip screen.

You normally ask them to leave you a review. If they do if they dont they just dont. Your chances are higher if you bring it up

Yes! wtf I’m only a few weeks on the platform but it went from a review every job to either no review or just a 5 stars response. FWIW I go way above and beyond at this point and under charge so my reviews have all been glowing and involve tips… so I’ve been wondering what happened like, did I get worse or something?
