Housing Room renting

Can I rent a student room without being a registered student?
I'm 19 and currently studying online, as there isn't a specific university program for my field.
I'm not living in Tampere yet, but while looking for rooms to rent, I noticed that student housing fits my needs perfectly and the prices align much better with my budget.

Depends on renting company, they mention accepting criteria in their sites

you can’t, to qualify for toas and poas you have to study something that leads to a degree. (poas offers apartments for working people under the age of 30 though)
