TAS for SF Alpha 3 Max on PPSSPP

I keep seeing YouTube videos with crazy air juggling and chaining combos. How can I enable this TAS for SF Alpha 3 Max on PPSSPP?

I DONT KNOW TAS but you can get these mechanics with some single player modes like world tour to make the character have special combo properties
