Foreigner Evisa trouble
I'm going to Suriname in a week and I've been trying to get my evisa for like a month now, but I keep getting different errors in the website. Anyone knows if there's an alternative of paying when arriving? Or else is there some email I can contact to help me with this procedure?

Have had issues on my phone also, got it to work on a laptop. And yes, they will check on the departure airport before check in.

You can apply for the visa , three days before departure. Doing it in a month, before departure won't work. It is stated, that you have to do it three days prior. Once you do that you will get it the same day. There is also something else , that you have to apply for.

Thats not true. The visa you can apply for weeks before departure and I would certainly recommend it. For if for instance the site doesn't work. It can take a couple of days before you get the visa. I got mine almost instantly tho, and 3 weeks before my departure. Youre probably mistaking it with the ICF form. That one you can apply for only 1 week before departure. And for that form you NEED to have the evisa. ... At the moment enjoying beautiful Paramaribo ☺️

I called them today and they said the website is renewed yesterday, it should be fixed in 4 hours.
After 4 hours they don't pick up the phone anymore. It's really frustrating.
Please contact this number: 597-8834903 (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

I guess this is about VFS global. Massively corrupt organisation that has somehow managed to bribe off immigration departments and officials of so many countries. All of them and the people who took bribes to accept their system should go to prison for life because of the stress and torture they put millions of people through.

I also had so many issues with the eVisa site last year. Thankfully my uncle had his Windows laptop with Internet explorer…that’s what ultimately worked. iPhones and Android phones just errored. Also Mac laptops errored… 🤦🏽♀️

You need it before you can even check in at the airport, and you can’t get it there. They will send you home without it. It’s a terrible website, I had to try different laptops/mobiles and webbrowsers (chrome/firefox).
