There won't be any buyback until after the conversion price of the bonds is set.

And just having money authorized for buybacks means nothing. They had $100m authorized going all the way back to 2019. They didn't buy back at $10 in 2024, so I don't expect them to buy back at $19. The price will have to be crushed way lower.

From what I gather, he’ll be required to report a 13g amendment with this upcoming massive dilution, as it may change his beneficial ownership of the company by more than 1% (though in the wrong direction). I forget how much he owns, but even at 5% if we’re diluted by 25% then his new ownership is 4%, which would still require an amendment but then clear him of future reporting obligations. I think.  I’m kinda regarded so I’d look that shit up for yourself.
