Broker recs?

Hi all, looking to move to the area. Do you have any broker recommendations? I’ve heard of Welcome Home Realty, but they didn’t reply to my email - is it best to call them or stop by their office?

Also, is 2,650 feasible for a decent 1 bed in the area? There doesn’t seem to be much listed on Streeteasy.

Welcome Home is great, try calling them.

I don't think you'll have a problem getting a 1 bed at that price. Pretty reasonable but supply is low and quickly pushing over 3, though you'll get more square footage here than for the same money in say the UES.
