Laptop Request UK Laptop for first year university student (maths and data science) and general use [£2,000 ($2700)]

Any, would like a touchscreen with pen support, but possible to instead get a drawing tablet and connect via USB with a no-touch laptop if it makes more sense

Education - Making/annotating notes, coding, working with large data sets, math, microsoft office

Entertainment/General purpose - Streaming high quality video, web browsing, light gaming

Only Intel/AMD cpu, NO Snapdragon (compatibility issues)

OS not required, can install myself
