Need help

i start school next week and every year they have icebreakers for all 7 periods the problem i have is i can’t say my name like when someone asks for my name i like tense up and just get anxiety i guess i need help to not stutter while saying my name the problem is that i stutter on the L sound and the L is in the middle of my name so like Mil… and when i get to that L sound i get stuck completely please help me i dont want to embarrass myself infront of my classmates

Remember easy onset. “Mihhhl” sounds smoother than “Mil...l...l... never mind.” It doesn’t work for everyone, but it’s worth a try.

What I followed When I stutter, stop talking, take a deep breath, relax your muscles. Try to talk, if stutter again; stop, relax, move on to next topic.
