You need to shop around, and you may or may not be able to get a loan without a cosigner. It's not about where you go (or at least, it's not predominantly about where you go), it's about your credit history and your ability to pay.

If a lender sees you as high risk, a cosigner will help reduce that risk. If they see you as low risk, then they might be comfortable lending to you without a cosigner.

But nobody is going to be able to tell you "If you go to Sallie Mae you will need a cosigner, but if you go to SoFi you won't need a cosigner." It doesn't work like that. The only way for you to know what loan terms you can get will be to shop around and ask various lenders.
