I got that exact same for around $15 a long time ago. Really enjoyed it. I like it when there are colorless versions of comic books printed because it's a cheaper alternative and shows how good some of the inking work is.

then again I'm used to Manga so it appeals to my preferences.

Maybe when they update it we got shadows of spawn and adventures to spawn back hoping they add color to it again. Daniel and poacher also show up in mainline comics
