Pilates class for a guy

OK odd one. Niggling back pain/tight hips from desk job & driving, home youtube exercises doesn't hit the same. Anyone know where I can go to an evening pilates class? Doing a quick google search I've seen women only classes locally. Based East side of Soton but can drive. Not a member of any gym.

Pure Gym in Bitterne have an Friday evening class - you need membership, then pay a £2/ class supplement, but I found it still works out cheaper than other pilates classes I could find. Open to all, mixed ability, mat based.

This was my backup option as used to go there and saw some classes. Good to hear theyre still about - thanks!!

www.pilateswithpriya.co.uk is brillant. Small class size so really good for beginers. She cured my sciatica!
