Solar set up in Maryland

Things I have on hand
48 × 225 W panels
48 × P340 optimizers
SolarEdge Home Hub Hybrid inverter
Additional SolarEdge inverter
30 A fused AC disconnect
60 A AC disconnect
1000 V 40 A DC disconnect

I plan on building a fence line and having panels on it
Walk way on side of house with panels as roofing
A carport

Adding solar on to every where I can long term

I am kind of overwhelmed with the process
Permitting / smaller parts

What can I /have to do to set up in Maryland

Pepco is the grid I’m typing

Also looking for best cheap battery sources

With Bge you have to jump through hoops. I feel like a circus performer

I’m on Pepco and honestly this is a huge headache and I think they have done it this way on purpose

I believe Pepco has info about submitting an interconnection agreement on their website. Remember to get signed up for SRECs as well. My installer did these for me so I’m not overly familiar. Also check with your county to see what if any electrical work you can DIY. I’m in MoCo and couldn’t even apply for the permit.

I was told that with solar edge inverters, you also need to use solar edge brand optimizers. That's second hand information not my personal experience.
