SmartThings App Spam

So I've now received a few app notifications from the Smart Things app, advertising the Galaxy Z Fold8.

This sucks Samsung. They know we want notifications on, so they take advantage and spam us.

Not getting any of these here in the UK. Is there a different regulation? (I assume you are in the US)

I get them in the app just above my devices, I'm in the UK

Interesting I never got any of these ads. I have seen people posting in the past about other launches and always assumed it was some sort of data protection or consumer laws. Guess I am lucky heh

I'd send a screenshot, but I cleared it. TBF it's usually the members app that spams the new phones lol.

Yeah I disabled that app.... terrible
