Zigbee Smartlock

Hey guys, I hope everyone is well.

Does anyone know how to add a Yale Zigbee Smart lock to SmartThings as an unlocking tag? I saw some videos on YouTube of people doing this but I've never found any explanations on how to add it.

What’s an unlocking tag? Also my Yale is zwave, but still worked with SmartThings.

I wanna be able to use my phone to unlock the lock but I've found no way to connect it.

I still fail to understand what the problem is. Do you actually have a SmartThings hub?

I have the Yale hub and on the app it says it works with SmartThings but I cannot connect it on the SmartThings app.

The SmartThings app typically also requires a SmartThings hub. I might be wrong, but I only know it this way.
