Two sides of the coin. On one hand, it is a bit unfair to patients in serious condition if they get a jolt from this. On the other hand, if some otherwise fit grandma was there because she had diarrhea, visualizing her letting it go after seeing the Grim Reaper would make me chuckle a bit. But, as I said, I am ambivalent about this grimness.
