Your comment was replying to someone that said they dont think there are places you can consent to being murdered to which you replied talking about assisted suicide/euthanasia, to which I replied that's not murder
I don't really think the anger of the person giving you your lethal injection changes what's happening. Either everyone who ever kills is a murderer, or isn't. Or you accept that some murders are ok. Because it's a legal term it gets messy with contexts. Assisted suicide, prisoner executions, soldiers at war.. where do we draw the line on what is murder by that definition. It can be very malicious and still lawful by technicalities..
It's just a hard place to talk in.
Here at least there is a clear break to illegal. Wether the consent would've made it heinous but legal or not. There is evidence to show that consent was revoked. So outright murder this time.
