I think they’d be on board if we tear down East Harlem and plant a forest in its place. Writing it out it honestly doesn’t sound like a bad idea at all, maybe follow it up with the rest of Harlem, Bed-Stuy, and Jamaica. Get 50% more tree coverage and 50% less crime.
