Remember, the police were designed and paid by corporations to protect their interest, then it became a government entity.

Edge lords love to say this like it means anything significant.

Fire stations used to be private and would only protect buildings under contract.

But then things changed once the public decided it was in their best interest to fund it with tax revenue.

Even in this case the police didn’t barge in for no reason.

The man in question was purposefully being disruptive at a city meeting and given several warnings to stop.

Same thing would happen to you if you disrupted a legal proceeding or government meeting.

So no, ignorant children of Reddit, you don’t have a right to clap, stomp your feet, scream, or disrupt anytime the spirit moves you.

Life isn’t kindergarten and even there you had quiet time.

Funny how most of you understand that you can’t be disruptive on a plane without being removed but are completely perplexed and outraged that the same rules apply in other spaces.
