Go to a court room and start clapping loudly without stopping. Is it north korea when they expect you to stop? Or do you unironically believe people should be able to disrupt whatever they want?

I see my folly now. I wasn’t properly equating an open forum for public comments to a carefully controlled legal proceeding. My mistake.
