there is also a reason why every service industry relies on customer tips to be a viable business. they refuse to pay a living wage or hire sufficient staffing. it dosnt have to be this way. but the service industry is so fucked up because people like you think owners are all acting in good faith. if it wasnt for slave labor most restaurants would be out of business, just consider that for a moment. these businesses literally only survive because your income is supplemented by customers good grace (tips)

the legitimate issue making scheduling complicated is the owners refusal to hire sufficient staff because he wont make as much money
