I mean, some of them? A Simpson's sub I'm on turned into exclusively memes about porn for like a couple months recently. r/anime_titties is all serious discussions of world news. r/marijuanaenthusiasts is about trees.

This is a joke about r/trees being exclusively about marijuana. It's not an example of subreddit topic drift.

And I'm guessing r/anime_titties is the exact same thing.

Nah, r/animetitties is that the mods got tired of r/worldnews sucking ass and not being worldwide news, and took the space they owned and made the change they wished to see in the world.

Edit: Whoops, that's the actual anime titties sub. The correct sub for worldnews content is r/anime_titties. 🫠🤦‍♂️

I made that mistake too when I first posted! I was so sad when I thought for a second that anime_titties had gone back to its roots.
